As part of a project run by the city council the former site of the Vaux Brewery was redeveloped to create a space for economic growth.

SSC where called in for their expertise in sandblasting text and images into textured stone paving for external use.

The overall aim was to being to create a new and centralised business district containing shops, office, cafes as well as hotels and residential areas. The Sandblast Sign Company was involved in creating many of the features in the paving within the redevelopment. The project as a whole went on to win a Northern Design Award and we are very proud to have been involved.
